How to create the printing data?

For single color prints or engravings, it is best to have your data in black and white and in original size. The maximum printing and engraving sizes can be found on our product information page. For multicolored motifs please indicate the desired colors (HKS or Pantone).

Basically, vectorised data is best to use (such as EPS or PDF). Please make sure to convert the font used into paths.

If you don't have any vectorised data please make sure that your image data has a resolution of 300 dpi (better up to 1200 dpi). So the graphics team can convert your image data into printable data (costs according to expense).

Can articles also be ordered without advertising (without imprint or engraving)?

Please send us an email with your desired article and the desired quantity.
We will get in touch with you shortly and send you an offer.
Bonus: the unprinted articles are ready for dispatch within a very short time!

Which file types can be used?

We work with all common vectorized file formats, such as AI, EPS or PDF. We can also work with other vector data (Corel Draw etc.), but we ask you to only use them »in case of need« though.

You do not have any vectorised print data for your desired motif? On request we will be happy to provide you with an offer for the transformation into a suitable data format.

I cannot create data with the required specifications. What next?

No problem at all! Send us the data you have available. Our graphics team will adapt them for printing.

You have no data at all? This is also no problem. Our graphics team will create a free design for you in no time at all! Please contact us.

Will I receive a proof in advance?

Of course you will receive a proof sheet free (usually by e-mail) before production starts. This allows you to check your data at your convenience and see if the shown size fits with the article.

After your approval the production process will start.

How long is the delivery time?

You will receive the particular delivery times from us in written form in the offer. Usually the delivery time is 2-3 weeks including all necessary steps. If you need faster delivery, we will be happy to offer you this - depending on our machine capacity and stock levels.

If you are in a special hurry, we recommend you take a look at our express-articles.  In combination with selected printing processes, these articles can also be used to realize the shortest delivery times.

If you are interested in unprinted goods, our stock items are just right for you. These can be sent to you (almost) immediately.

Is it possible to have a multicolored imprint?

Yes, this is possible - but also depends on the product and desired motif.

Pencils:
We offer different possibilities from stamping over 1-color variants up to full digital printing (only for certain articles). Please send us your printing data by e-mail. We will check your data for realizability and make you an individual offer.

Brand new:
With foil transfer printing we can now offer you an individual promotional pencil in 360° full color printing in photo quality - just contact us!

Colored pencil sets:
The colored pencil sets can be printed all over and all around (4c offset printing) – and that already with an order quantity of 1.000 sets.

Packagings:
Depending on the packaging, these can be printed in 1-4 colors or even over the entire surface and on both sides in 4-color printing (e.g. the packaging with side effects)

Is it possible to order smaller amounts than indicated in the minimum order quantity?

Our minimum order quantities refer to the delivery of our articles including printing. If you do not require advertising print on your articles, we are also happy to offer you smaller quantities.

What is the minimum font size required?

This always depends on the conditions of the particular font. However, the line thickness of the individual letters must not be smaller than 0.1 mm. We will of course contact you if details in a file provided by you are no longer recognizable. Usually, our graphics team will always provide you with an alternative design suggestion that takes the minimum line thickness into account.
