Print finishing - pimp your pencil!
We have the right technology - the right type of print for every motif:
Screen printing
Particularly suitable for large-format motifs.
To a certain extent a 350° print with a maximum print area
of 19 x 130 mm (depending on pen type and print motif).
Digital printing
For multi-colored logos, complex graphics, color gradients
and image printing/photographs. Only the maximum print area
has to be compromised here.
Pad printing
The classic among our printing processes..
Especially recommended for 1-4 color motifs with a small print area.
The quality is absolutely top!
360° foil transfer printing
Foil transfer printing is perfect for large print motifs in 360° all-round printing. Printing is done in CMYK, so photo motifs are also possible (note: no color binding)!
Embossing
For memorable and cost-effective print finishing.
An embossing stamp is used to create an indentation and an embossing foil is applied. A real haptic experience.

The hexagonal and the triangular pencil do not roll off the table

That's right. A standard pencil is just 17.5 cm. But of course we also have other lengths in stock.

(1) Evenly sized boards are cut from the wood. (2) Grooves for the leads are cut into the boards and glue is applied. (3) The leads are inserted and a second board is added from above. (4) The "sandwich" is pressed and dried. (5) The desired shape of the pencils is milled from the finished sandwich. (6) The finished raw pencils can now be painted, sharpened and printed!

FAQ - What you need to know about custom printed pencils
Which pencils can be printed with a logo?
We can customise classic natural wood pencils, lacquered pencils and black pencils as well as models with 360° printing, magnetic caps, crystals or crowns. Depending on the model, shape, colour and additional features can also be combined individually.
Which printing methods are available for pencils?
Depending on the design and pencil, we offer screen printing, pad printing, digital printing, foil transfer printing and embossing. Screen or pad printing is ideal for simple logos, while digital and foil transfer printing are suitable for multicolour designs, gradients and images.
Can a pencil be printed all around?
Yes. With our 360° foil transfer printing, almost the entire barrel can be customised. Printing is done in CMYK, making complex graphics, colour gradients and photographic images possible.
How large can the print area on a pencil be?
This depends on the shape, model and printing method. With screen printing, print areas of up to approx. 19 × 130 mm are possible. With 360° foil transfer printing, almost the entire barrel can be used for the design.
Can pencils be customised to match our corporate design?
Yes. In addition to natural wood and black, numerous lacquer colours are available. Depending on the model, options also include custom colours, dipped ends, colour rings, erasers and various decorative toppers. This allows the pencil colour, features and print to be matched to your corporate design.
Which shapes and lengths are available for pencils?
The classic pencil shapes are round, triangular and hexagonal. A standard pencil is 17.5 cm long. Depending on the design, custom lengths and special shapes are also available on request.
Which lead grade do the pencils have?
Our standard pencils are fitted with an HB lead. It provides a good balance of clean writing, comfortable use and durability. Other lead grades are available on request.
Are the pencils FSC® certified and Made in EU?
FSC® certification and European production are standard for our pencils. There are only a few exceptions depending on the model or finishing method.
What is the minimum order quantity for custom printed pencils?
The minimum order quantity depends on the pencil, additional features and printing method you choose. Smaller quantities are available for selected versions on request. You can configure your preferred version and calculate it directly in our pencil configurator.
How long does delivery take for custom printed pencils?
Printed pencils from stock are generally available within approximately 5 working days. For individually manufactured pencils, the usual delivery time is approximately 3 to 4 weeks. The exact delivery time depends on the design, printing method and order quantity.
