Printing methods for our advertising products

It's the promotional labelling that counts!

Your advertising is the finishing touch of your promotional product! On this site you can find out more about all the different possibilities for an individual imprint with high quality printing techniques.

Screen process printing

Especially useful for imprinting large-scale motifs on pencils. The pencils are transferred via production line to the screen. There the motif gets placed on the pencil via the screen (through-printing). Due to the rotation of the pencils an »all-round« print is almost possible. There is only a small gap: have a look at our › proof for all-round imprint.

Digital printing / photo printing

This printing technique uses high quality varnishes in a 6 colored imprint that are printed directly on the product. All-over photos, multi-colored logos or complex graphics – the creative possibilities are almost endless. The possibility of smaller circulations makes this technique quite interesting and attractive.

Photo printing on › carpenter pencils, › special pencils and › folding rules.

Important note:

Digital printing is based on scale colors (CMYK). RGB or special colors are adjusted accordingly. We do not accept liability for any resulting color deviation. There is no color accuracy with CMYK colors.

Offset printing

Offset printin on colored pencil set packaging

Offset printing is a flat printing process. An imprint of your individual composition or design on the etuis is possible.

Important note:

Offset printing is based on scale colors (CMYK). RGB or special colors are adjusted accordingly. We do not accept liability for any resulting color deviation. There is no color accuracy with CMYK colors.

Pad printing

Shaped parts or deepenings, structured or uneven surfaces (no flat surfaces) can be imprinted. The name refers to the technique, where the printing color is transferred via a silicon pad from an etched surface onto the product. Suitable for printings on: pencils, etuis and folding rules.

Stamping

A metal stamp leaves a permanent sublime or deepened deformation on the product – a cheap and nice finishing technique you can feel when the pencil is between your fingers.

For single color stampings there are different colors to choose from. This printing technique is possible on all our pencils.

Further information:

Which printing technique is used when you order an imprinted pencil or folding rule?

The printing technique for an imprint on pencils depends on various factors.
Screen process printing is used without exception for »all-round« imprints on pencils. If your motif has a low height, digital or pad-printing could be better.

You can be sure that we will choose the right process for your individual product to reach the best results.

Further notes

If we are not sure about the realizability of your printing motif we suggest a print sample. Please note that true color can only be guaranteed with your concrete color information (Pantone, HKS, RAL). CMYK information or no information at all provides color deviation.

Printing colors

Not all printing techniques are suitable for multicolored prints. Talk with our experts, we know about the most suitable printing technique for your desired motif.
